The Role
As an Internal Audit and Risk Support Officer (APS4) at the Department of Education, you will report to the Assistant Director, Internal Audit. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing a range of activities to support the department's Internal Audit and Risk Section to deliver functions in a project-based environment.
The role includes liaising with internal auditors and key stakeholders, assisting with preparations for
Audit and Risk Committee meetings, tracking the implementation of audit recommendations, and
supporting the team to monitor the progress of internal audits.

Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, your responsibilities will include the following:
* Assisting in the coordination of various activities related to the delivery of Internal Audit and Risk functions.
* Managing the Internal Audit group inbox and responding to enquires from business areas and stakeholders in a timely manner.
* Monitoring, updating and reporting on Audit Recommendations.
* Assisting to draft briefings for the Audit and Risk Committee.
* Creating dashboards and surveys in SharePoint to communicate audit and risk data to various audiences.
* Managing content on the intranet.
* Undertaking administrative record keeping functions using Content Manager and/or SharePoint.

Eligibility
