Salary: $38.51 - $54.94 per hour + 12% super & salary packaging. Term: Temporary Part Time 24hpw until 2 August 2026.

Provide specialist social work service to patients, clients, consumers and their family/caregivers to ensure provision of optimal health outcomes consistent with ISLHD policies, procedures, standards, relevant legislation and the NSW Health Code of Conduct. This position provides the above social work service to the Bungora Opioid Treatment Unit.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing specialist social work services.
* Ensuring compliance with policies and standards.
* Supporting community health initiatives.
Requirements
* Social Work degree and eligibility for the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
* Working With Children Check (WWCC).
* Valid NSW Drivers Licence.
* Applicable vaccination requirements for a Category A role.
* Ability to work in a temporary leave relief position until 2 August 2026 with possibility of extension.
