We’re looking for a Logistics & Fulfillment Specialist to join a world-class global fulfillment team. This is a hands-on operational role where you'll manage the day-to-day logistics that get innovative hardware products, like payment and POS terminals, into the hands of customers. You will be the go-to person for our Australian and Asian operations, ensuring inventory is accurate, shipments are on time, and our logistics partners are performing at their best. You’ll collaborate with teams across the globe, identify process gaps, and drive practical improvements in our supply chain. What You’ll Be Doing: Oversee inbound delivery performance and perform daily book-to-book inventory reconciliations to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with planning teams to investigate and resolve any shipment discrepancies. Act as the frontline support for troubleshooting operational issues across multiple systems. Manage relationships with third-party warehouses and transport companies, tracking KPIs to ensure service excellence. Handle reverse logistics (returns) with full track-and-trace responsibility. Identify process gaps and propose effective, practical solutions to improve efficiency. What You Can Bring to the Team: 5 years of hands-on experience in logistics, fulfillment, or supply chain operations. A proven ability to work independently and reliably in a remote environment. Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis and managing escalations. Proficiency in Excel and experience with a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
