As a Cafe All Rounder at WHSmith, you are passionate about all things coffee! You will specialise in preparing coffees and other beverages, alongside exceptional customer service. You must be able to serve all customers in a timely/efficient manner and follow all food safety guidelines.

You will also be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for all customers.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café, including tables, counters, and kitchen areas.
• Handling cash register duties, processing payments accurately, and handling customer inquiries or complaints in a professional manner.
• Supporting café operations by restocking supplies.
• Maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
• Handling cash and card transactions.

• Ideally 1 year of cafe/hospitality experience
• Must have flexible availability
• Barista skills and/or food prep knowledge advantageous (but not a must)
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
