We have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and professional individual to join the Field Service team in the role of **Field Service Administrator** based at our **Clayton** branch.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Reporting to the Service Supervisors, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and administration support for this fun and cohesive team.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
- Compliance management in ensuring all tickets and licences are up to date, validated and recorded
- Raising PO's, consolidating and following up accounts
- Managing inspections and service requirements for the field service fleet
- Supporting and validating payroll/timesheets for field employees
- Maintaining general branch records, filing and administrative requirements
- Supporting Service Coordinators in work order processing
**ABOUT YOU**
You are a true team player, and your time management and organisational skills are one of your key strengths.
**You will ideally have the following skills, experience, and attributes**:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Certificate in Office Administration (preferred but not essential)
- Advanced computer skills and experience working with various databases
- Ability to manage a multitude of tasks simultaneously
- Great work ethic and a strong sense of accountability
