Position Overview
Reporting to the Head of HR, Risk & WHS, the Workforce Manager leads a team responsible for delivering high-quality HR services across the system, with an emphasis on talent acquisition and recruitment. This is a hands‐on leadership role with both operational and strategic impact.
Responsibilities
* Lead HR service delivery, including workforce planning and recruitment
* Provide HR advice and service to school and system leaders
* Drive process improvement and contribute to key projects
* Play a key role in the implementation of a new HRIS
* Build strong relationships with principals and stakeholders across the Diocese
The offer
* Salary circa $146,000 – $151,000 + super
