Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities
* Lead, train, and support team members
* Ensure efficient cleaning of rooms and public areas
* Conduct daily inspections to maintain quality standards
* Communicate effectively with other departments
* Respond promptly to guest inquiries
* Ensure all Workplace Health & Safety procedures are followed
* Prepare operational reports and maintain accurate records
* Manage incoming calls and ensure messages are logged and actioned
* Allocate tasks and uphold hotel brand standards
* Escalate operational concerns to the leadership team

* Previous experience in housekeeping or a supervisory role
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
