* Develop targeted messaging and campaigns for different user segments
* Continuously iterate based on data, not opinions

* Partner with Product & Design to improve onboarding and trading UX and translate features
* into clear user value propositions
* Identify growth levers embedded in the product (referrals, gamification, personalization)

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Work closely with cross functional teams to get data insights and dashboards, amplify marketing initiatives etc
Requirements
* Must-Have 3–6+ years experience in growth marketing, preferably in Crypto / DeFi / trading platforms
* Strong data literacy :Comfortable working with dashboards, cohorts, funnelsAble to define metrics and judge experiment results
* Proven track record of driving measurable growth, not just running campaignsHigh ownership, fast execution, bias toward action
