Reporting to the Project Manager, the varied Civil scope includes Piping, Earthworks, FRP, Concrete, drainage and utilities.About The RoleInterpreting specifications, draft and maintain drawings and plans, construction methods and proceduresDevelop detailed work programs for allocated work packagesManage scope of work, equipment and materials, and ensure complianceIdentify variations in work packages and submitting list for review by Project ManagerPro-actively manage costs within your control, to ensure project delivery within budgetPrepare Project Specific Quality Management PlansDevelop Project specific Construction Management PlansPrepare and review internal ITPs, forms & checklists for approval by ClientAbout You:Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural EngineeringDemonstrated experience working for a Tier 2 Civil Contractor in a FIFO or DIDO capacityExperience working as a Senior Project Engineer with infrastructure projects ranging from $5-30M.Experience working for a Contractor on a wide range of Civil disciplinesExcellent written and spoken communication skillsWhat we offer:Whittens are committed to investing in our people, offering learning and development opportunities to build on the skills and experience you bring.
