We’re looking for a proactive, organised, sales and customer-focused Sales Support Officer to play a central role in supporting our growing multi-location business.
This is not just an admin job.
This is a critical support position that protects customer experience, strengthens sales performance, and ensures our operations run smoothly — especially across busy weekends.

Why This Role Matters
You will:
* Be the first point of contact for sales and customer enquiries
* Support depot teams and reduce operational pressure
* Ensure bookings, tolls, and compliance matters are handled correctly
* Act as a key weekend escalation contact
* Contribute directly to business growth across multiple states
You’ll sit at the centre of communication between customers, sales, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Sales Support
* Manage inbound phone and email enquiries across all locations
* Assist customers before, during, and after their rental
* Sell our product and services to customers
* Respond to booking questions and arrival instructions
* Handle post-rental queries, charges, tolls, and escalations
* Follow up pending enquiries to maximise conversion
* Support upselling opportunities where appropriate
Fines, Infringements & Toll Processing
* Process tolls and infringements accurately and on time
* Allocate charges to the correct rental contract
* Liaise with customers and relevant authorities
* Maintain compliant, organised records
Booking & Systems Administration
* Ensure bookings are accurately entered across all platforms
* Monitor booking integrity to prevent operational issues
* Manage urgent booking changes and weekend updates
Weekend Operational Support
* Provide central support to depots and virtual assistants
* Act as escalation point during weekend trading
* Assist in reducing weekend workload for senior managers
After Training
* Coordinate customer pickups and drop-offs
* Arrange Uber or shuttle transfers
* Communicate transport details clearly and professionally
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
* Has strong customer service, sales and communication skills
* Is highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
* Can confidently manage multiple priorities
* Remains calm under pressure
* Is comfortable working a Thursday–Monday roster (weekend coverage essential)
* Has previous experience in customer service, administration, or operations
