Graduate Occupational Therapist role at Pepper Kids Therapy, offering a clinic-based, multidisciplinary team environment with strong support, flexible hours, and a comprehensive graduate program.
Your role
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing paediatric occupational therapy services as part of a multidisciplinary allied health team across four clinic locations (Brendale, Eight Mile Plains, Logan, Upper Coomera)
* Working in a clinic-based setting alongside experienced practitioners
* Participating in a comprehensive 2-week induction and ongoing training
* Managing a gradually increasing caseload with support from Senior Occupational Therapists
* Engaging in weekly 1:1 internal supervision and fortnightly peer supervision
* Attending monthly in-service professional development sessions
* Collaborating with the client service team for administrative support
* Exercising autonomy over calendar management, client appointments, and dedicated admin time
* Maintaining work-life balance with flexible working hours and the option to complete admin work from home
About you
The ideal candidate will have:
* Full Australian work rights
* Registration as a Speech Pathologist with SPA or eligibility to obtain
* Degree in Speech Pathology
* Ability to obtain a Police check and Working with Children check before commencing work
Compensation & benefits
* Base salary: $80,000.00
* Superannuation: $9,600.00
* Professional development allowance: up to $4,000.00 and 4 days PD leave
* Total package: $93,600.00
* Paid parental leave: up to 12 weeks additional paid leave
* Up to 5 weeks annual leave, including a week of bonus leave
* Regular in-service professional development from senior practitioners
