The business is part of the Grand Prix Auto Group which has several related automotive business ventures.
Due to the continued growth of our company an exciting opportunity has risen for a highly driven, experienced and enthusiastic, qualified Parts Interpreter to join our growing Parts Department, under the patronage of an able Parts Manager and our Dealer Principal - Jake Camilleri

The ideal applicant will be responsible for the following:
* Answering Parts enquiries via telephone and email and interpreting to achieve optimum results for the business and the customer
* Parts Interpreting for Workshop, Retail and Trade customers
* Liaise with our Wholesale Parts department and provide assistance where required.
* As part of a dedicated wider team, be responsible for helping to meet the expectations of the most discerning customers, while assisting the dealership exceed its customer satisfaction, quality and financial objectives.
What we're looking for:
* Demonstrated experience as a Parts Interpreter or in a similar automotive parts role.
* Strong technical knowledge.
* Excellent Customer service skills.
* Proficient in using parts catalogues and inventory management systems.
* Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
