We are seeking experienced and resourceful individuals to take on the challenging roles of Client Support Specialists.
The Coordinated Client Support Branch plays a vital role in managing various programs and services that assist vulnerable clients in navigating government support and connecting them to relevant resources.
Our team uses a clinical approach to support clients, aiming to streamline communication between clients, their families, and government agencies. We provide a single point of contact for all services within our department and facilitate access to external support services.
Our service model empowers clients to increase their capacity to independently navigate government support.
We deliver this support through a combination of clinically trained and generalist staff at APS6 & EL1 levels.
Key Responsibilities:
* To coordinate client support services and facilitate access to relevant resources
* To work collaboratively with clients, their families, and government agencies to achieve desired outcomes
* To provide education and guidance to clients on how to navigate government support
* To identify and address potential barriers to client success
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in case management or a related field
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
