* Start ASAP
* 4-6 week contract with possibility of extension
* Up to $113 p/h AM base rate + penalties + 12% superannuation
* Fully furnished accommodation provided
* Return travel provided
* You will have full agency support throughout the contract

Your Main Duties
As the DON you will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations with a fantastic healthcare service to regional and remote communities across the state of QLD ensuring the highest standards of patient care. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional clinical skills, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.
To be eligible for the position, you must have the following:
* Have a current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
* Recent experience working as a Director of Nursing/Facility Manager (or Acting DON experience)
* Minimum of 2 years experience working in Emergency
* Rural and remote nursing experience is ideal
* Must have ALS and be triage certified
* Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
* Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
