**About the role**
As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will influence our platinum dealers across the country, supporting them through marketing business plans and activities. You will play a key role in building trusted relationships and partnerships with the Platinum Dealer Network.
You will foster innovation and marketing plans to ensure the Local Area Marketing program delivers value for our Platinum Dealer network.
Based out of Keysborough with flexible working options, you will partner and work with various teams to support our growth ambitions. The role also has one direct report.
This is a 6 month contract with the potential for further permanent opportunities.
**Responsibilities**
- Identify improvement opportunities for the Local Area Marketing program
- Be the marketing lead for our Platinum Dealer network for the B&D business
- Engage and support dealers throughout the program, to develop and execute marketing activity
- Work with dealer agencies to scope, estimate and deliver the required growth objectives
- Coach and mentor a small team and work closely with other business functions

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated experience in marketing or local area marketing, preferable exposure to franchises/retailers/dealers
- Strong project management skills
- The ability to seek for improvements and drive process enhancements
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing or any other related discipline
