As a General Clerk with Urban Rampage, you are an integral part of the team that makes up a locally owned business that is an industry leader in the area.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the business operations through administration activities including the management of accounts payable & receivable.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Raise and send invoices
* Payment of invoices in accordance with terms
* Debt Collection
* Credit card management
* Staff reimbursement
* Supplier statements
* Bank Statements
* Download bank transactions and file
* Maintain all AP contacts
* Maintain all AR contacts
* Respond to all invoice queries
* Prepare reports as required
* Branding and formatting of documents
* Type up notes, minutes and recordings
* Typing up Standard Operating Procedures, policies and procedures
* Create, update and review any additional paperwork for clients as directed including Operating Manuals
* Additional tasks as required by the Management Team
Administration
* Answering phone and email enquiries and professional communication with clients over phone
* Utilise a wide range of software and technology including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and Tower POS.
* Maintain an effective and accessible filing system incorporating an annual review to assess improvements and opportunities
* Work out of the company shared drive and shared accounts to ensure the team always have access to current documents and files
General
* Adhere to the company Polices & Procedure at all times
* Maintain confidentiality of client and company information
* Conduct our business in compliance with ethical practices
* Deliver a high level of customer service
* Maintain effective and open communication channels
* Participate in team meetings
* Present in a professional manner with clean and tidy uniform
* Complete timesheets accurately and timely

* Participate in training

Information Security and Work Health & Safety
* Follow WHS & OHS policies and procedures and ensure you and other staff operate safely and efficiently at all times
* Follow Information Security policies and procedures and ensure you and other staff operate within these at all times
* Complete and submit to the WHS Representative hazard and incident report forms when any hazards/ incident/ near miss occurs
Essential Criteria
