Key Responsibilities Account Management Manage and grow a well-established WA customer base across manufacturing, timber, engineering, and industrial sectors. Conduct regular site visits, build relationships, and uncover additional opportunities for upgrades and expansions. Provide accurate forecasts, customer insights, and maintain strong communication with internal stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for technical enquiries, coordinating with service and support teams. Business Development Proactively identify and win new business across WA, targeting production facilities, workshops, and manufacturers of all sizes. Build a healthy pipeline that aligns with growth targets, with strong discipline around follow-up and activity levels. Deliver product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting performance, efficiency, and ROI. Represent the brand at trade shows, industry events, and customer demonstrations.
