We are seeking a dedicated Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of court staff, visitors, and the public at our Hobart Magistrates Court facility.
* Maintain a secure environment within the court premises.
* Screen individuals entering the building and ensure all protocols are adhered to.
* Monitor courtroom security during hearings.
* Respond to incidents involving disruptive behavior.
* Collaborate with court staff and law enforcement to manage high-risk situations.

Essential qualifications include:
* Full Australian working rights are mandatory.
* A valid Tasmanian Security license is required.
* A Certificate II in Security Operations is essential.
* A valid First Aid and CPR certificate is required.
* Working With Vulnerable People certification is necessary.
* A National Criminal History check is required.
