The Club operates a dynamic Marina and Function Centre, offering a range of recreational and competitive water activities for adults and children, including sailing, power boating and fishing. The Club is seeking an energetic and experienced Marina Accounts Administrator to assist with managing its marina business activities and support the Club’s Accountant. This is a full-time role, with flexibility for school hours, and a salary range of $65,000 – $75,000, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.The RoleHandle enquiries for marina pens and hardstand spaces promptly and efficientlySupport the management of marina and hardstand berthsAssist the Club Accountant with accounts payable and receivable, member billing, and stock orderingProvide general office and administrative supportCandidate RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need to:Be highly adaptable with well-developed problem-solving skillsDemonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skillsBe capable of exercising sound judgement and working independentlyIdeally have experience with Swift POS or similar systemsPossess sound customer service skills and proficiency in modern office softwareHold bookkeeping qualifications and relevant experience (highly desirable)Additional InfoThe role supports both marine and account administration functions.
