Multiskilled Carers are sought to provide person-centred care that promotes dignity, respect and independence. As a Multiskilled Carer, you will support residents with daily living, social and emotional needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care including assistance with hygiene, grooming, dressing and mobility
* Support residents' independence and participation in meaningful daily activities
* Assist with medication administration in accordance with policies and procedures
* Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with nursing, allied health and management personnel
* Contribute to infection prevention and workplace health and safety practices
* Assist with mealtime support to ensure nutritional needs are met
