Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering clinical services to residents, including assessing their needs, developing and implementing care plans, and monitoring progress.
You will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Fully qualified Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
* Knowledge and understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
* Experience working with residents with dementia (or willingness to gain experience)
* Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
* Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
