Your new company is a widely recognisable FMCG manufacturer looking for an experienced HR Advisor or Consultant to join their team due to an extremely busy quarter. The initial temporary assignment of 1 to 2 months.
Open to Full or Part time hours, this role could be a good opportunity to prop up your existing consultancy work, take a short term assignment between roles, or for someone preferring to be onsite in South Western Sydney.
**Your new role**
Depending on your level of HR experience, you may be responsible for:
- Generalist HR duties
- Completing employment paperwork
- HR reporting
- Assisting the HR team with needs as they arise
- Acting as a 1st point of contact for employee queries
- Solving complex HR issues
- Assisting with development of policy and procedures
- Assisting with complex IR/ER issues
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Have extensive HR experience and associated qualifications
- Be available to start immediately
- You must have your own transport and be able to travel to the office up to 5 days per week
