About the Role: As the Finance Systems Analyst, you’ll act as the bridge between Finance, Technology, and Business Operations, driving system enhancements, optimising financial processes, and ensuring the integrity and efficiency of Workday Financials across the enterprise. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys system optimisation, and wants to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Financials, supporting modules such as Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, and Reporting. Partner with Finance and Technology teams to identify, design, and implement system improvements and automation opportunities. Support Workday configuration, testing, and deployment for new features, integrations, and releases. Troubleshoot system issues and manage resolution through collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Develop and maintain system documentation, process flows, and training materials. Deliver insightful financial reporting and analytics through Workday dashboards and tools. Stay up to date with Workday releases and industry best practices, proactively recommending process or system enhancements. Skills & Experience: 4 years’ experience in a Finance Systems role, ideally within a large enterprise or fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of Workday Financials modules preferred (e.g., Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, or Reporting). Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical requirements. Solid analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with system testing, configuration, and integration support. Understanding of core financial processes (AP/AR, GL, budgeting, forecasting, etc.).
