Store Team Member Job Description
We are seeking friendly and approachable team members to work in our store environment. As a team member, you will be working alongside other colleagues to provide an excellent shopping experience for thousands of customers daily.
The role involves undertaking various tasks such as stocking shelves, picking orders for online customers and ensuring the shopping experience is fast and easy. You will greet and thank customers, help them find products and ensure that our shelves are fully stocked and tidy.
As a key member of our store team, you will be encouraged to communicate and interact with others, providing great customer service skills and adapting to different situations.
Key responsibilities include:
