As they continue to expand nationally, we’re now seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Manager to lead and elevate their brand presence, strengthen market positioning and support the broader business with effective, insight-driven marketing strategy. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the senior leadership team, the Marketing Manager will own the end-to-end marketing function, developing and executing integrated strategies that support brand awareness, sales activity, customer engagement and new product/service promotion. This role will suit someone who is both strategic and hands-on, enjoys working closely with operational, technical and sales teams, and is confident operating in an environment where quality, safety and project delivery are central to the brand. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Brand Development Build and deliver the annual marketing strategy aligned to organisational, sales and project goals. Drive brand consistency across all internal and external touchpoints. Oversee development of corporate collateral, capability statements, presentations and brand assets. Campaigns, Digital & Content Lead integrated campaigns across digital, social, web and industry platforms. Manage website updates, SEO/SEM, email marketing and paid advertising activity. Create high-quality content including case studies, project profiles, manufacturing stories, product updates and thought-leadership pieces. Sales, Product & Stakeholder Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, Estimating, Operations and Engineering teams to support project bids, tenders, presentations and customer engagement initiatives. Support product and manufacturing innovations with go-to-market plans, launch content and trade materials. Work with suppliers, distributors and strategic partners on joint marketing opportunities. Events, Industry Engagement & PR Coordinate industry events, exhibitions, trade shows, site tours and client functions. Manage PR opportunities, media relationships and industry association engagement. Elevate the company’s thought leadership within the construction and property sectors. Insights, Reporting & Budget Management Monitor competitor activity, market trends and customer insights to inform strategy. Analyse campaign performance and report on KPIs and ROI. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective delivery of all initiatives. You will bring: 5 years’ experience in marketing, ideally from construction, property, building materials, engineering, manufacturing, or a related B2B environment. Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies. Strong content creation skills, with confidence explaining technical products or project outcomes. Solid digital marketing experience (website, social, SEO/SEM, email). Excellent communication, stakeholder and project management skills.
