We are seeking a highly skilled medical support professional to join our dedicated team at the Medical Centre.
This is a part-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth running of our medical practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcoming and greeting patients in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner
* Scheduling and managing a variety of patient appointments
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
* Handling telephone and in-person inquiries and requests
* Performing administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry
* Ensuring the reception and waiting area are kept tidy and well-organized
* Providing support to the medical team of doctors & nurses as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience as a medical receptionist or similar customer service role
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to interact with patients in a warm and professional manner
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proficiency in using various computer systems and medical practice software
* A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and providing quality patient care
* A team player with a positive and happy attitude
