CURATING ORIGINALITY TAKES TALENT

Beverage & Food Executive role focuses on the daily planning of B&F operations and assists with managing guest enquiries, activations, reporting and B&F administration. The role works closely with the hotel marketing team to create or modify menu designs, templates and collaterals, and assists B&F leadership with day‐to‐day tasks.

* Ensure that all phones are managed in a professional manner according to brand guidelines.
* Anticipate guest service needs, asking questions to better understand and act on guest preferences.
* Be present in front‐of‐house areas and build relationships with talent, clients, and existing clients.
* Verify all B&F reservation information with callers to ensure accuracy and enter booking information into SEVENROOMS.
* Accommodate and document special requests accurately and efficiently.
* Explain guarantee, group surcharge and cancellation policies to callers.
* Answer guest questions about different B&F venues (hours of operation, concept, menu offerings, promotions, events).
* Coordinate all group reservations and private use events for all B&F venues.
* Follow up‐selling techniques and sales strategies to maximize property revenue.
* Manage setup and backend of all B&F related software systems like SEVENROOMS and IRIS.

Requirements

* Previous experience in a similar hospitality role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Microsoft Office skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
* Strong understanding and ability to use software applications such as Sevenrooms, OPERA, InDesign & Canva.
