Whether you're a seasoned events professional ready to lead and coordinate major projects, or you're looking to bring your operational expertise to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
We are building a pool of interest for potential future opportunities in:
• Lead Senior Event Coordinators Responsible for high-level event planning and delivery, stakeholder engagement, project and budget management, logistics coordination, risk planning and leading event teams.
• Operational Event Staff Supporting the Events Activation team with event development and delivery across the year.
This includes operational planning, site coordination, supplier and contractor liaison, community activation support, logistical setup/pack down, and general event operations.
Roles may include full-time or long-term opportunities within the team.
