Salary per hour (excl. super): $42.41 - $52.20 
Employment Status: Ongoing Full Time and Part Time hours available

The Permanent Pool role provides staffing resources 24/7 to cover unplanned shortfalls within the service, ensuring units are adequately staffed and high-quality care is delivered. 
Responsibilities 
- Learn and gain experience across a range of specialty areas within the acute pool. 
- Contribute to flexible rostering to support work-life balance. 
- Provide nursing care as part of a regional health service, supporting patient outcomes and staff development. 
- Be available for shifts across the 24/7 operation as required by pool needs. 
Requirements and Qualifications 
- Be registered as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia through the regulatory body, AHPRA. 
- Have a minimum of 12 months clinical experience and be able to demonstrate clinical knowledge and skills related to the Pool position description. 
- Have excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Have a current Working with Children Check 
- Have a current Police Check
