About the opportunity
Our Online Sales Consultants are at the forefront of driving customer engagement and sales performance. As the first point of contact, you'll energise every interaction—delivering outstanding service, building rapport quickly, and turning enquiries into showroom appointments.
Leads flow in from multiple channels including our website, social media, events, and inbound calls — and you'll thrive on the buzz of converting them. Working closely with our Sales Teams across multiple franchises and locations, you'll play a key role in accelerating the customer journey from first click or call through to purchase.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound internet and phone enquiries within agreed timeframes
- Maintain consistent follow‐up and proactive communication to nurture customer interest
- Accurately capture customer information within CRM systems and distribute enquiries to the appropriate Sales Departments
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across multiple franchises, locations, and business units to ensure a seamless customer experience
About you
- Driven to achieve targets and exceed performance objectives
- Thrives in a fast‐paced, high‐volume environment with strong multitasking ability
- Confident communicator with an exceptional phone manner
- Previous telesales or high‐volume customer service experience preferred (not essential)
- Tech‐savvy with solid computer skills and CRM confidence
- Positive, team‐oriented mindset with flexibility to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster
