The Role We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst (Source to Pay – S2P) to join a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program, supporting the delivery of procurement and finance capabilities as part of a major enterprise ERP modernisation. Location: North Sydney – Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) Duration: 12 month initial contract with strong likelihood of extension Day Rate: $850 - $1000 including super Working within a major transformation program, you will partner with procurement, finance and technology stakeholders to capture requirements, map business processes and support the design and delivery of SAP Source to Pay solutions. The role will work closely with SAP functional consultants, architects and implementation partners to ensure business requirements are translated into effective SAP capabilities. Responsibilities Lead business analysis activities across the Source to Pay lifecycle including sourcing, purchasing, invoicing and payments Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to capture functional and non-functional requirements Map current-state and future-state procurement and accounts payable processes Translate business requirements into user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria Support solution design workshops with SAP functional consultants and architects Assist with testing activities including SIT and UAT preparation, test scripts and defect triage Support data validation and migration activities across vendors, purchasing and finance data Collaborate with change and training teams to support user adoption and business readiness Experience Proven experience as a Business Analyst within SAP or large ERP transformation programs Experience across Source to Pay (S2P), Procure to Pay (P2P), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), procurement or accounts payable processes Exposure to SAP S/4HANA MM, SAP Ariba or similar procurement platforms is desirable Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation and process mapping skills Experience working with cross-functional business stakeholders including Procurement and Finance Strong communication and stakeholder management capability within complex programs Please apply ASAP to secure an interview slot for this week!
