What does the job look like?
* Deliver exceptional customer service and support via phone
* Accurately interpret customer enquiries and provide timely assistance
* Set up new customer profiles and manage account creation for existing clients
* Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support retention and satisfaction
* Ensure all customer interactions and updates are accurately recorded
