What Your Day Looks Like Oversee day-to-day site activities, ensuring HVAC installations are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to maintain smooth project delivery. Manage and supervise site teams, providing clear direction and resolving on-site challenges as they arise. Monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards and project documentation. Report on site performance, progress, and issues to senior management while maintaining strong client relationships. About You Proven experience as a Site Manager or Supervisor on commercial HVAC projects. Strong knowledge of central plant and chiller systems, along with other mechanical services and installation standards. Ability to lead and motivate site teams while coordinating with subcontractors and stakeholders. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Current trade qualifications and/or relevant licences, with a strong focus on safety and compliance. Remuneration & Benefits Remuneration based on skills and experience - up to $120k super car.
