Service Stream Limited delivers end-to-end engineering and asset management services to leading utility and energy providers across Australia.With a focus on Gas, Water and Wastewater infrastructure sectors, our success is underpinned by our resolute commitment to excellence in safety, quality, innovation and sustainability.A new opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join Service Streams passionate NSW team in WollongongThe Project Administrator is responsible for a wide variety of tasks within the areas of operations, project administration and office management across our gas maintenance contract.
As the successful candidate, you will undertake the following;
1. Creating Work Orders, processing and client interaction to ensure accuracy of the created data within both Service Stream and Client
2. Maintain personnel files and training compliance (Pegasus knowledge an advantage)
3. Creating Purchase Orders and invoicing/receipting
4. Prepare and process all paperwork associated with maintenance and construction activities associated with mains and service laying.
5. Working with Supervisors and field crews to assist with day-to-day activities.
6. Maintaining any/all registers (for example equipment register, waste register, etc.)
7. Assist with weekly toolbox meetings including document control.
8. Management of meetings including scheduling of meetings, distribution of the agenda and other materials and minute taking
9. Accurate data inputting into client system (SAP) for claims processing
10. Provide front line customer relations to deliver quality customer service. Register and process customer correspondence
11. Stakeholder management; both internal and external; suppliers, finance, management team and field crew

We are looking for an individual ideally with;
12. Prior experience in administrative support to an engineering, construction or projects team.
13. Experience in AP and AR and/or procurement
14. Intermediate to advanced level in MS Office suite (specifically Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint)
15. Exceptional communications skills and ability to multitask
16. Great interpersonal skills with an ability build excellent working relationships
17. Work well within a team environment and be self motivated
