The Role
You will be part of a high-performing team delivering large-scale structural and heavy fabrication projects in a controlled workshop environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Advanced rigging for large structural steel and fabrication modules
* Assisting with assembly and installation of heavy steel structures
* Operating and guiding overhead cranes
* Working from detailed engineering drawings
* Coordinating lifts in line with safe work procedures
* Maintaining high safety and quality standards on site
What You Need
* EWP, Forklift + Working at Heights (valid within 2 years)
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
* Strong safety mindset and teamwork approach
* Physically fit and capable of sustained workshop work
