Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of supply chain professionals.
Develop and execute CSR's network strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Define long-range requirements for property, infrastructure and automation through detailed network design and master planning.
Generate ideas, prioritise initiatives and deliver compelling technical and commercial solutions to meet customer needs and grow revenue.
Embed best practices, automation and industry-leading solutions to optimise performance.
Enhance distribution centre performance through advanced warehouse management systems.
Create and maintain an operational improvement portfolio and roadmap for visibility and alignment.
Oversee warehouse operational implementations, ensuring optimal resources and successful delivery of strategic outcomes.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in complex supply chain environments, with expertise in operations, strategy, network design and optimisation.
Certification or deep experience in Lean, Six Sigma or World Class Manufacturing methodologies.
Proven ability to deliver safety, service, people and cost improvements through strategic initiatives.
Expert-level proficiency in supply-chain modelling and optimisation software.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with executive leadership teams.
