Details: The Statutory Planning Division is seeking applications from highly motivated, experienced, and suitably qualified individuals, who will think strategically, have strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for serving the community, to fill the role of Director, Gateway Services.
The Gateway Team is the first point of contact regarding planning and development matters, providing services and support to industry and community on statutory functions associated with the independent Territory Planning Authority, including development applications.

Eligibility/Other Requirements: Highly desirable: Qualifications and/or significant experience in architecture, urban design, town planning, environmental planning, or similar.
Note: A Merit Pool will be established from this selection process and used to fill vacancies over the next 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. Opportunities for flexible working options, including hybrid working (a combination of working from home and from the designated office), may be available. However, this position requires working from the designated office when attending team meetings or face-to-face engagements.
