Role Overview
A graduate speech pathologist role is available, providing clinical services to adult disability clients with strong support and development opportunities. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will participate in a 12-month graduate program that includes 12 weeks of intensive training.
* The program is designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to work effectively with adult disability clients in clinic and community settings.
* During your tenure, you will receive weekly supervision and support from a dedicated supervisor, as well as engage in quarterly alignment days for team learning and social activities.
* You will also have the opportunity to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team in the NDIS Allied Health space, utilizing state-of-the-art resources and flexible work arrangements including work from home options.

About You
* To be successful in this role, you will need to have completed a Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Speech Pathology and hold full SPA Registration or eligibility upon graduation.
* Additionally, you will require a valid Australian driver's licence and access to a car, as well as unrestricted Australian work rights.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
