The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Marketing Manager Gaming – South Australia to join our Premium Domestic Marketing team. This this role is responsible for establishing and promoting Crown's gaming offering. You will drive revenue growth by developing and executing targeted marketing strategies, fostering player engagement, and building long-term loyalty through in-market activation.

This includes leveraging player insights, reactivating lapsed customers, and expanding the database through strategic outreach. You will also lead business development initiatives and collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with Crown's broader domestic growth objectives.

Note - this role will be remote with interstate travel required.

You will be responsible for:

* Developing and implementing targeted marketing strategies for the SA market.
* Driving revenue growth through player engagement and loyalty programs.
* Leading business development initiatives and managing a team of VIP Sales Managers.
* Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver strategic outcomes.
* Monitoring financial performance and achieving revenue targets.
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and Crown policies.
* Driving continuous improvement in processes, policies, and team development.

About You

Casino/gaming experience is essential for this role and the ideal candidate a subject matter expert in gaming. You will be a natural at building relationships and be able to provide detailed analytical insight to the role. Multi-lingual candidates are highly desirable.

You will also bring:

* Extensive experience leading and motivating high-performing sales teams.
* Strong decision-making skills and a proven ability to develop strategic plans.
* Expertise in creating sales strategies that maximise revenue and market share.
* Deep understanding of industry trends and competitive landscapes.
* A strong background in business development.
* Tertiary qualifications (postgraduate preferred) and membership in a recognised professional body.
