We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure a seamless, high-quality dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruiting, training, and supervising front-of-house staff
* Managing rosters, staffing schedules, and payroll coordination
* Planning and executing restaurant budgets
* Overseeing menu planning in collaboration with the Head Chef
* Ensuring compliance with health & safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
* Managing stock levels, supplier relations, and inventory ordering
* Handling customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
* Overseeing reservations and ensuring smooth seating flow
* Promoting and marketing the restaurant through local outreach and digital platforms
* Preparing staff performance reports and sales summaries
* Monitoring financial performance and contributing to profitability strategies
* Liaising with customers, staff, suppliers, and industry authorities
* Identifying areas for operational improvement and growth.

Salary: From $73,000 to $78,000 / year.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Knowledge of Indian cuisine is an advantage, but not essential
Proven ability to manage teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Passion for delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards.
