The Opportunity
We are seeking compassionate Personal Care Workers to join our team and make a lasting impact on the wellbeing of our residents.
What You'll Do
* Prioritise resident hygiene, safety, and wellbeing
* Support residents' physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs
* Deliver exceptional person-centred care
* Work collaboratively with the care team
* Facilitate communication with stakeholders
* Accurately report any concerns or issues
What You'll Need
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing)
* Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinations (3 doses)
* NDIS Check (includes Police Clearance)
* 2025 Influenza vaccination
* Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
* Eligibility to work in Australia
