Job Description
o Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships
o Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans
o Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
o Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders
o Monitor sales metrics and report on performance
o Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
o Ensure adherence to sales processes and best practice
o Stay up-to-date with new product launches and industry developments
The Successful Applicant
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
o A strong hunter approach towards driving sales
o Strong technical and communication skills
o Microsoft Office Software knowledge
o Ability to discuss technical details and issues with customers
o Effective commercial negotiation skills
o Ability to understand and work within tight delivery schedules
o Ability to travel - frequent travel involved
