The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Managing customer relationships and enquiries through face-to-face, phone, and email interactions
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet customer expectations and requirements
* Preparing and following up on customer quotes, supporting sales teams and branches across the country
* Providing regular feedback to sales teams with customer and competitor information
* Resolving issues and improving the customer experience
* Ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner and systems are updated accordingly
