About the Role
In your new role as hatchery assistant, you will support the team in:
* Lean and maintain hatchery equipment and machinery
* Help operate hatchery incubators, hatchers, and other equipment
* Monitor hatchery temperature, humidity, and ventilation for optimal hatching conditions
* Help deliver healthy chicks to production facilities in a timely manner
* Keep accurate hatchery records and data
* Observe safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
About You
* No previous experience necessary, training will be provided
* Able to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail
* Physically fit and able to lift and move equipment
* Willing to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work well in a team environment
