We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Enterprise Accounts to acquire new enterprise and franchise group customers and drive growth in our clients' share of wallet.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Director & General Manager of Enterprise for APAC to identify and target potential enterprise and franchise group customers.
* Drive new business acquisition by effectively presenting and articulating the value proposition of our solutions to C-suite executives and decision-makers.
* Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads, manage the sales process, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
* Grow existing customer relationships by understanding their business needs and promoting additional products and services to increase their share of wallet.
* Serve as a local leader for the Victorian office, fostering a collaborative and results-driven sales culture.
Requirements
* Proven track record of success in solution sales, ideally within the real estate industry or software sales.
* Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close complex deals with C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
* Strong understanding of SaaS software sales processes and methodologies.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and training sessions.
