Tigerfish is a bold beachside bar where fun vibes, banging cocktails, striking art and Southeast Asian flavour collide. Everything from our decor to our service is layered to create a fast paced, high energy experience from the moment you step inside.
As part of our brigade, you'll work closely with our Executive Chef and Sous Chef to bring the vibrant taste of Southeast Asia to life. Our food is designed to be shared, punchy and fresh, wok fired dishes with fire, crunch and zing and delicate street food-inspired creations.
Responsibilities
- Running your section with confidence and consistency
- Preparing and presenting dishes with authentic Southeast Asian flavours
- Working alongside the team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Supporting training and development of junior team members
- Maintaining excellent hygiene and safety practices in the kitchen
About You
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (experience with Southeast Asian cuisine highly regarded)
- A genuine passion for Southeast Asian flavours and cooking techniques
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced kitchen
- Commitment to consistency, excellence, and continuous learning
- A collaborative and professional approach to teamwork
