**Who are we looking for?**
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager for our Angelakis Bros Golden Grove store. Working with the Store Manager and the store team, a key focus of this role is to ensure that we are delivering high quality products with exceptional customer service while keeping a continuous improvement focus on sales, wages, gross profit and waste targets.
**About you**:
Working a Sunday to Thursday roster, you will have a passion for high quality food, delivering exceptional customer service and be able to perform in a fast paced environment. With previous management experience in a retail fresh food environment, you will also have experience with developing store rosters, stock ordering and meeting operational KPIs.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with management of store team members
- Ensure daily operational procedures are followed
- Maintain display standards and support stock ordering
- Maintain a continuous focus on achieving store targets
- Coach and train new and existing store team members
- Ensure a successful resolution of any customer complaints
- Assist Store Manager with duties as required
- Perform the role of Store Manager during periods of leave
