**The Job**:
A hands-on part time ongoing role (either 3 full days or 5 short days), you'll enhance the branding, reputation and visibility of a leading professional services firm. Effectively conveying the firm's value proposition to clients, prospective targeted clients and to the business community, you'll collaborate with designers and agencies external to the business, as well as internal staff, leaders and management within the business, and play a key role in supporting marketing initiatives and campaigns. You'll plan and execute strategies, create compelling content, monitor marketing initiatives and contribute to the overall success of marketing efforts. Promoting the firm's services, enhancing brand visibility and generating opportunities, you'll support communications, promotions and the analysis of these activities to contribute to the firm's overall success. Developing engaging marketing materials, including copywriting, social media posts, blog articles, brochures, presentations, reports and advertisements, you'll also help maintain the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, accurate and aligned with brand guidelines. Analysing marketing data, and preparing reports on campaign performance and key metrics, you'll use metrics to help plan future campaigns and contribute ideas for creative marketing strategies and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement. Monitoring and responding to customer enquiries and comments on relevant platforms, you'll also stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts and support the planning and execution of firm events, seminars and sponsorship opportunities.

An experienced Marketing Coordinator having worked in a similar environment before and with a high level of initiative and drive, we're seeking someone with fresh ideas to bring to the table while delivering and supporting the firm's strategy and goals. To be successful in this role, you'll be an ambitious marketing professional with a growth mindset. Experienced working with CRMs and marketing automation systems with an understanding of the importance of data, you're a great communicator who can build relationships across all levels of a business. A multitasker with a solid attention to detail, you're also skilled in writing and editing targeted content across multiple channels, you're tech savvy and you know your way around the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign). With strong organisational and project management skills, you can effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines, you have a great work ethic, and you're able to self motivate and work well autonomously. Complemented by a relevant Business or Marketing degree, CIM qualification or equivalent experience, you bring a mature and proactive attitude to work and pride yourself on your excellent customer service to stakeholders.
