HR Administration Assistant, Alice Springs Head Office
Full-time, fixed-term (01 February 2026 – 31 January 2027)
Casa Services is seeking an HR Administration Assistant to join our vibrant Human Resources team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the employee life cycle and ensuring smooth HR operations across the organisation.
As a HR Administration Assistant, you will:
* Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees.
* Maintain accurate employee records and manage HRIS updates.
* Assist with performance management processes and probation reviews.
* Support policy development and HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
* Provide general HR and administrative support, including basic handling inquiries and preparing reports.
What we're looking for:
* 12 months experience in a HR, business or administration related role.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of the SCHADS Award and HR best practices (or willingness to learn)
