* Reconciling financial records and maintaining accurate books are essential tasks that require strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Setting up templates and systems as required will also be an important part of this position.
Administrative Duties
* Preparing quotes for clients and following up on orders to ensure completion are crucial tasks that require strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ordering materials and office consumables in a timely manner will help to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Requirements
* Previous experience in accounts and administration is highly desirable, as is knowledge in Xero and proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this role, as is the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
